VOLUNTEER APPLICATION PROCESS:

- You select your travel dates.
- Copy and fill out the application form or print and send it in by mail or postal mail (preferably by E-mail).
- Email, or mail us a copy of your resume/CV. Since we do not know you, or your interests, we found that a resume/CV can provide enough information to allow for a successful placement.
- After review and acceptance of the application, we will email you a detailed Orientation Guide and a letter of invitation
- Upon receiving the Orientation Guide, it is time for you to book your flights, check your passport expiration and obtain travel/medical insurance coverage. Flight arrangements are the responsibility of the volunteer. However you can use our letter of invitation with your planning.
- Email, or mail us your flight details and a clear copy of your passport ID page.
- Pay the program fees, due 4-weeks prior to your departure.
- Upon receipt of your full program payment, we will send your program details with the placement and accommodation information.
