WHO WE ARE
Africa Volunteers Network welcomes self-supporting volunteers who would like to experience and support the grassroots organizations in developing countries as either short or long term volunteers. Please, go through our information and conditions before you send us your application.
OUR PROGRAM FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
- Prompt customer service answering your call and emails.
- Pre-departure Orientation Guide. Includes detailed travel, safety & cultural information and many tips that will make your trip planning easier in our Welcome Package.
- Detailed Fundraising Guide that will help you raise the funds needed to travel, as well as provide donations to the project.
- Accommodations: Home stay, shared volunteer residence, local housing, inspected by our local coordinators.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Special meals at own expenses.
- Picking you from Airport of your placement country and greeted by our project coordinator (At any time, any day!)
- Guidance and support of a local project coordinator
- Orientation/other briefing on arrival by our project coordinator.
- Placement in a quality project, allowing you to maximize your time and efforts in a good cause.
- Transportation to project site with our project coordinator. Includes introduction to local staff and community members with whom you will be working with.
